We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Change of mind
If you purchase a book from this website, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
To cancel, please email [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us, please return the book within a further 14 days.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning the book is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned book has been received, we will refund the purchase price and the standard delivery charge using the original payment method.
Personalised copies
If you ask for the book to be personally inscribed or otherwise customised for a particular person, the normal change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply because the item has been personalised.
This does not affect your rights if the book is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your book arrives damaged, is faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and include your order number and, where useful, a photograph of the problem.
We will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, in accordance with your consumer rights.
Refund timing
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original order.
We may wait until the returned goods have been received, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, before completing the refund.
